Order changes

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate changes such as size, color, or shipping details.

Order changes are only possible before the order enters production or is shipped. Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be available.

Order cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in production or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method according to our Refund Policy.

Orders already shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once the item has been delivered.

Incorrect order information

Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase, including product selection, size, color, and shipping address. Shopwearingnature is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
