Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll gladly help with a return.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition

• Unused, unworn, and free of damage

• Tags remain attached and packaging is intact

• A receipt or proof of purchase is included

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Eligible Return Cases:

• Misprints or poor-quality printing

• Spelling mistakes made by us on the design

• Wrong color sent compared to the order

• Stains or unexpected marks on the garment

• Any other errors caused by our production or service

Non-Returnable Cases:

• Wrong size chosen by the customer

• Incorrect design/print selection submitted by the buyer

• Spelling errors in custom text provided by the customer
