3. Your rights to make changes

If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if the change is possible and whether it affects pricing or delivery time. If changes cannot be made, you may choose to cancel the order.

5.4 If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery or storage charges may apply.

6. Refunds and your rights to end the contract

6.1 Refund requests must be submitted by email to thanhphuong@shopwearingnature.com within 14 days of receiving your order and are subject to our Return and Refund Policies.
6.2 Your right to cancel depends on the product type, delivery status, and reason for cancellation.

8.2 If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
