To maintain our commitment to fast delivery, we begin preparing your fashion pieces almost immediately. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
2. Processing Status
Once an order has been picked and packed by our studio team, it enters the shipping phase. At this point, we cannot stop the delivery, but we will assist you with our return process once the package arrives.

4. Refund Policy
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method. While we process this in 5-7 days, please allow your bank a few extra days to display the credit.
