The Refund Timeline
From the moment your return is approved, here is the journey of your refund:
Approval & Inspection
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or validate your request), we approve the refund right away.
Studio Processing
It takes 5–7 business days for our studio to process and release the funds to your payment provider.
Bank Posting
Depending on your bank (PayPal, Stripe, or Airwallex), it typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the item's purchase price when:
- Items are returned within 30 days from delivery.
- Items arrive in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- We confirm an issue (defect/wrong item) and authorize a refund without requiring a return.
Important Details
- Shipping Fees: The standard $6.99 shipping fee is only refunded if Shopwearingnature is at fault (defects or errors).
- Partial Refunds: If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags, a partial refund may be issued. We will always discuss the outcome with you via email first.
- Original Method: All funds are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.
