To be eligible for a return, your items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original state.
- Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
- Free from any alterations or signs of wear.
- Defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
Documentation Needed
When you email us, please include clear, well-lit photos of:
- The specific defect or damage (if applicable).
- The size tags and the full front/back of the item.
- The outer packaging if it arrived compromised.
Shipping Responsibilities
Our Responsibility
If we made an error (defective, wrong item/size), we cover the return shipping cost and refund your original shipping fee.
Your Responsibility
For change of mind, fit, or style preferences, you are responsible for the return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or color? If the item is in stock, we can facilitate an exchange. For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original piece for a full refund.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
